Andy Heath – Chairman

Chairman of UK Music (an umbrella organisation representing the collective interests of the UK's commercial music industry, from artists, musicians, songwriters and composers, to major and independent record labels, managers, music publishers, studio producers and collecting societies). Previously a board member of music publishing collection societies PRS & MCPS, a council member of the Music Publishers Association (President 1993-97), and a member of the government's Music Industry Forum. Andy has 40 years music industry experience and is a Director of Beggars Group, one of the most successful independent music companies in Europe.
Paul Hitchman – CEO & Co-Founder

8 years experience at the forefront of digital music innovation and previously 10 years in the music industry, including stints at BMG Records and Warner Music. A co-founder of Consolidated Independent which is a technology services provider and Europe's market leader for digital asset management and distribution in the music industry.
Paul Sanders – Director of Strategy & Co-Founder

Director and co-owner of state51, a software development company. and the state51 conspiracy, a leading digital music distributor. Co-founder of both MSP and Consolidated Independent. Previously, new media strategy consultant for Virgin Records, EMI Group, BT & Channel 4.
Graham Sargood – Acting-COO

18 years experience in Telecoms engineering and operations at leading UK Broadband ISPs. Director of Technology and Engineering at Telewest; Director of Networks, Engineering and Operations at Bulldog Communications. Since 2004 has provided high level strategy consultancy to a number of leading Telcos and ISPs.
Grahame Davies – Non-Exec Director

Chairman of the London Internet Exchange (LINX). He was previously Founder and CEO of Astra Associates, a specialist ISP and Group Managing Director of Easynet. He was co-founder and director of Demon Internet, the UK's first low cost ISP.
Ralph Simon – Advisor

CEO of The Mobilium Group, a strategic advisory firm that guides international media companies, networks, and brands to grow revenues and market share from mobile content, properties and technologies. Also Chairman Emeritus & Founder of The Mobile Entertainment Forum. Previously extensive music industry experience including Executive Vice President of Capitol Records and Blue Note Records.
